We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time.
As you know, we always strive to deploy updates with zero downtime. However, for an upcoming update, we expect a brief disruption to the shopping-cart synchronization lasting approximately 30 minutes.
Note: This disruption affects only customers using Procure Server/WPS. All other services and customers remain unaffected.
To ensure a smooth update, please be aware of the following:
- Shopping cart limitations: Users will be unable to perform shopping cart updates, including synchronization of carts to the procurement system.
- Data Integrity: Your data remains safe. No data will be lost during this process.
- Automatic resume: All synchronizations will automatically resume and process once the maintenance window is concluded.
We apologize for any inconvenience this brief interruption may cause. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve our systems.
