Scheduled - As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the performance of hosted catalogs, we will be implementing important database improvements. During this maintenance, single affected hosted catalogs will be temporarily locked for changes. This means:
- Suppliers will not be able to provision new catalog versions (all provisioning methods are affected) - Creating catalog revisions and exporting catalogs will be not possible
Once the database improvements for a specific catalog are complete, the system will automatically unlock it and all functions will be restored.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance the stability and performance of our platform.

As announced via email to all customers, we will update our TLS/SSL certificate on the Production (PROD) environment on December 15, 2025.
This change is part of our planned transition to Let’s Encrypt certificates with shorter validity periods, in line with current security and compliance standards.
If your systems use custom or locally managed trust stores, please ensure that the Let’s Encrypt root and intermediate certificates (ISRG Root X1, E8) are trusted before this date to maintain uninterrupted connectivity.
